Richard has over 11 years experience of insurance related disputes. Whilst at his previous firm, he managed a team of lawyers specialising in insurance defence work. Richard has also worked for a well known insurer both with the underwriting team and as a claims handler.

Richard is an experienced litigator and keen advocate. He has resolved many disputes through negotiation and mediation. He deals with a variety of high value and complex claims, including matters involving allegations of fraud.
